Marine projects need more than a camera.
I understand yacht schedules, crew communication, location planning, tender logistics, drone timing and the limits of what is possible on a working vessel.
Ilija Veselica
Based in Split, Croatia, I work across the Adriatic for yachting, hospitality, architecture and interior clients who need professional images with a practical commercial role.
My work is focused on yachts, boats, villas, hotels, architecture and interiors. The goal is not only to create professional images, but to understand what each client needs those images to do: support charter bookings and yacht sales, elevate a property listing, present a hospitality brand or document a design project with clarity.
I started photographing professionally after years of technical and creative work, and my background in computer science still influences the way I plan, structure and deliver projects. I work with a precise process, but the final images need to feel natural, refined and useful.
Yacht and hospitality shoots depend on timing, weather, crew schedules, guest turnover, location access and the ability to make decisions quickly. I understand how crews operate, what can realistically be done during a shoot, and where potential problems usually appear.
More than 20 years of photography experience helps me plan shoots calmly, precisely and realistically, especially when weather, crew schedules, guest turnover, locations and limited production time are involved.
That experience helps agencies, owners and managers get a smoother production day. Before the shoot, I help define priorities, plan locations, read the light, coordinate practical details and keep communication clear with everyone involved.
I understand yacht schedules, crew communication, location planning, tender logistics, drone timing and the limits of what is possible on a working vessel.
For villas, hotels and premium stays, I focus on atmosphere, flow, amenities, interiors and exterior spaces in a way that supports real commercial use.
Clients get a structured approach, clear communication and refined final imagery prepared for websites, brochures, charter listings, sales presentations, booking platforms and campaigns.
Photography remains the core service, but selected projects can include aerial photography, 360 panoramas and video production when the client needs a broader visual presentation.
